These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Colee.One websites, services, and online storefronts, including colee.one and coleemerch.one. The company is Colee.One, operated by Brady Colee. ColeeMerch is the official merch store of Colee.One.
By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Media services inquiries and project agreements are governed by the applicable quote, invoice, written agreement, and Media Services Booking Terms.
Colee.One is an event-space media, photography, and artist support brand. ColeeMerch operates as the official merchandise storefront of Colee.One, featuring custom apparel, accessories, and artist collection drops.
All merchandise items offered on ColeeMerch are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment provider Subliminator (subliminator.com). Each item is printed, cut, and sewn after your order is confirmed.
Production takes approximately 4-7 business days prior to carrier shipment. Tracking numbers are provided for all customer orders once shipped.
Because items are custom produced individually, orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Returns, exchanges, and defective item replacements are strictly governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. In alignment with that policy, no refunds are provided for buyer remorse. Size exchanges are evaluated solely at the store discretion and expense.
All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or modify prices at any time prior to order acceptance.
Payments for merch orders are processed securely through Shopify-powered checkout services. Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for legitimate reasons including inventory availability, fraud prevention, or technical pricing errors.
Applicable sales tax, local taxes, or VAT are calculated and collected at checkout where required by law. Customers are responsible for any destination customs fees, import duties, or carrier brokerage charges assessed on international shipments.
All original garment designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, brand names, visual assets, text, and multimedia content featured on this site are original works and intellectual property of Colee.One, Brady Colee, or their respective licensors.
Purchasing an item of merchandise does not grant any license, copyright transfer, or right to reproduce, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit any artwork or designs.
Photography, event coverage, video clips, and artist services are subject to separate written agreements and our Booking Terms. Portfolio displays of festival or concert media do not grant third-party commercial reproduction rights.
The site may link to or integrate with external platforms, including print-on-demand fulfillment partners, Shopify checkout services, Darkroom print galleries, and social media networks. We are not responsible for third-party practices, policies, or technical availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Colee.One, Brady Colee, ColeeMerch, and associated contractors or fulfillment partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from the use of the site or the purchase of merchandise.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
