Welcome to colee.one, including www.colee.one and any related colee.one subdomains used for merchandise sales (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Layne Beaton and Brady Colee under the colee.one brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.
1. About our store
1.1 colee.one is operated by Layne Beaton and Brady Colee under the colee.one brand. If colee.one later becomes an LLC, registered trade name, DBA, or other formal entity, this page may be updated to reflect the new legal operator.
1.2 We sell made-to-order merchandise, apparel, accessories, and related products.
1.3 Our products are produced only after an order is placed. We do not generally hold finished inventory.
1.4 Our products are printed, manufactured, packed, and shipped by third-party production and fulfillment partners. Our main fulfillment partner is currently Subliminator, a print-on-demand company that manufactures and ships products directly to customers on our behalf.
1.5 Your purchase is with Layne Beaton and Brady Colee through colee.one, not directly with Subliminator or any other fulfillment provider. Production, packaging, shipping, tracking, and certain order support steps may be handled by fulfillment partners or other service providers on our behalf.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
2.1 By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the Site with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2.2 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person or business.
3. Products, mockups, colors, sizing, and availability
3.1 We try to display product images, colors, artwork, designs, descriptions, sizing details, and other product information as accurately as possible.
3.2 Product colors and details may appear differently depending on your device, display settings, lighting, screen calibration, photography, editing, and manufacturing variation.
3.3 Product mockups, lifestyle images, and promotional images are for visual reference. Minor differences in color, texture, print placement, alignment, cut, stitching, finish, or fit can occur during made-to-order production and do not automatically qualify as defects.
3.4 You are responsible for reviewing all product details before ordering, including size charts, measurements, product descriptions, design selections, colors, quantities, shipping information, and your shipping address.
3.5 Because products are made to order and depend on third-party production capacity, availability can change at any time. We may modify, discontinue, limit quantities, or remove any product without notice.
4. Pricing, payments, taxes, and order acceptance
4.1 Prices are listed in United States dollars (USD), unless another currency is clearly shown at checkout.
4.2 Prices may change at any time without notice. The price shown at checkout when your order is placed is the price that applies to that order.
4.3 We use third-party payment processors to process payments. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
4.4 When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, limit, or hold any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, technically incorrect, incorrectly priced, impossible to fulfill, or otherwise problematic.
4.5 Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. If payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, is flagged for fraud, or cannot be verified, we may cancel or hold the order.
4.6 If a pricing, product, checkout, inventory, or technical error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid for the canceled item.
4.7 Applicable sales tax, delivery-related fees, shipping charges, customs charges, duties, VAT, and similar charges may be calculated and displayed at checkout where required. These amounts may depend on your location, the delivery destination, the products ordered, platform settings, payment processor settings, carrier rules, and applicable law.
4.8 Product policy pages do not replace checkout, tax, payment processor, marketplace/platform, or shipping configuration. Customers are responsible for reviewing all charges shown at checkout before placing an order.
5. Customer information and order accuracy
5.1 You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order, including your name, email address, shipping address, billing information, phone number if requested, product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, and any other information needed to fulfill the order.
5.2 You are responsible for checking your order details before submitting payment.
5.3 We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, destroyed shipments, extra shipping costs, lost packages, or fulfillment issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable customer information.
5.4 If you notice an order mistake, contact carelescastlemgmt@colee.one immediately with your order number. We will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.
5.5 If we suspect fraud, unauthorized payment use, abusive ordering, chargeback abuse, identity misuse, or other suspicious activity, we may request additional verification, cancel or hold the order, limit future orders, or refuse service to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5.6 Before placing an order, you should review the short made-to-order notice shown on the Site where available: “Made to order. Production usually takes 2-7 business days before shipping. Delivery dates are estimated, typical, and not guaranteed. Final sale except damaged, defective, misprinted, wrong, missing, or lost-in-transit orders reported within 4 weeks / 28 days.”
6. Order changes and cancellations
6.1 Because products are made to order and may enter production quickly, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is placed.
6.2 If you need to change or cancel an order, contact carelescastlemgmt@colee.one as soon as possible with your order number and requested change.
6.3 We will attempt to make the requested change if the order has not entered production, fulfillment, or shipping. Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping, it generally cannot be changed or canceled.
6.4 Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable delayed shipment, consumer protection, or other laws.
6.5 If the checkout process includes an affirmative checkbox, placing an order may require you to confirm: “I agree to the Terms & Conditions and understand that made-to-order items are final sale except for qualifying damaged, defective, misprinted, wrong, missing, or lost-in-transit orders.”
7. Production, shipping, and delivery
7.1 Our products are made to order. Typical production time is 2-7 business days before the order ships, depending on product type, order volume, seasonality, and fulfillment partner operations.
7.2 “Business days” do not include weekends or public holidays.
7.3 Shipping time is separate from production time. Total estimated delivery time equals production time plus shipping transit time for your destination.
7.4 Delivery estimates shown on the Site, at checkout, in tracking, in emails, or in our policies are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
7.5 Delays may occur due to production volume, product availability, customs, carrier issues, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, public holidays, strikes, force majeure events, supply chain issues, fulfillment partner issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7.6 If we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated or reasonably expected timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimate and available options. Where required, those options may include waiting for the delayed order or canceling the unshipped item for a refund.
7.7 Standard shipping is generally included in product pricing unless otherwise stated. If express shipping is available, it may appear as a separate paid upgrade or may require manual approval depending on destination, product, customer contact information, and carrier availability.
7.8 Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not automatically responsible for replacing or refunding packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after delivery.
8. Returns, refunds, replacements, and final sale items
8.1 Because our products are custom made to order, all sales are generally final unless there is a qualifying issue described in this section.
8.2 We do not accept general returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Ordering the wrong size, color, product, or design.
- Minor differences between on-screen colors and the finished product.
- Minor variations in print placement, texture, cut, stitching, alignment, or finish that are normal for made-to-order production.
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8.3 We will review requests for replacement, refund, or store credit when:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- There is a significant print or manufacturing error.
- You receive the wrong item or wrong size due to fulfillment error.
- An item is missing from the shipment.
- The package is lost in transit and never marked as delivered.
8.4 To request help, contact carelescastlemgmt@colee.one within 4 weeks / 28 days after the product is marked as delivered by the carrier. For packages lost in transit, contact us within 4 weeks / 28 days after the estimated delivery date.
8.5 Your request must include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product and issue, if applicable.
- Photos of packaging, labels, size labels, QR labels, packing slips, or shipping labels if requested.
- A short description of the issue.
- Whether you prefer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
8.6 Requests submitted after the 4-week / 28-day window may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
8.7 If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion and depending on what our fulfillment partner is able to support, send a replacement, issue store credit, or refund the affected item to the original payment method.
8.8 Shipping costs, express shipping upgrades, duties, taxes, customs fees, and similar charges may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is caused by a qualifying fulfillment issue.
8.9 If you receive a refund, processing time may depend on your bank, payment processor, card issuer, or payment method.
8.10 Do not return products to us, Subliminator, or any fulfillment partner unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, refunded, replaced, or reshipped.
8.11 Keep the product, packaging, size labels, QR labels, packing slip, and shipping label until the claim is resolved. Claims may be denied if the item has been discarded, altered, heavily worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise cannot be inspected, unless the issue is clearly unrelated to those conditions.
9. Customs, duties, taxes, and international orders
9.1 International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
9.2 These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
9.3 We are not responsible for customs delays, customs holds, failed customs clearance, refused customs charges, returned international packages, or fees charged by customs authorities or carriers.
9.4 We may be unable to ship to certain countries, regions, addresses, or destinations due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, fulfillment limitations, or platform restrictions.
10. Accounts, passwords, and site access
10.1 If the Site allows customer accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account.
10.2 You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
10.3 We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site if we believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the Site, engaged in fraud, created operational risk, created legal risk, or harmed us, customers, service providers, or other users.
11. Intellectual property
11.1 All content on the Site, including logos, product designs, artwork, graphics, photos, videos, text, branding, product names, layouts, and software, is owned by or licensed to Layne Beaton, Brady Colee, colee.one, Careless Castle, or their respective rights holders.
11.2 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, resell, distribute, upload, scrape, display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Site content without prior written permission from the appropriate rights holder.
11.3 Purchasing a product does not grant you ownership rights in any designs, logos, artwork, trademarks, brand names, photos, videos, product mockups, or other intellectual property.
11.4 You may photograph or post the products you purchase for personal, non-commercial use, including social media posts, as long as you do not imply false sponsorship, ownership, partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.
12. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Site or our products:
- For any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.
- To infringe, misappropriate, or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
- To interfere with, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or exploit the Site or related systems.
- To upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, bots, scraping tools, or harmful code.
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or networks.
- To submit false, misleading, incomplete, stolen, or fraudulent order information.
- To harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person or business.
- To resell products in a way that violates our intellectual property rights or creates a false association with colee.one or Careless Castle.
13. Third-party services and links
13.1 The Site may rely on third-party platforms and service providers for hosting, checkout, payments, analytics, email, fulfillment, shipping, customer support, fraud prevention, and other operational needs.
13.2 The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, social media pages, payment processors, fulfillment partners, or other services we do not control.
13.3 We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, content, security, delays, outages, errors, or practices.
13.4 Your use of third-party services may be governed by those third parties’ own terms and policies.
14. Disclaimers
14.1 The Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14.2 We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free of harmful components, or available at all times.
14.3 We do not make warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of dealing.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
15. Limitation of liability
15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layne Beaton, Brady Colee, colee.one, Careless Castle, and their affiliates, partners, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products.
15.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
15.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Layne Beaton, Brady Colee, colee.one, Careless Castle, and their affiliates, partners, contractors, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your order, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your fraud, or your violation of any third-party rights.
17. Informal dispute resolution
17.1 Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at mgmt@colee.one and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
17.2 Your message should include your name, order number if applicable, a description of the issue, and the outcome you are requesting.
17.3 This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief where legally appropriate, filing in small claims court if available, responding to a chargeback or payment dispute, or taking action required to protect intellectual property, privacy, security, or legal rights.
18. Governing law and venue
18.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase from us are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
18.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, any lawsuit or court proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in another location or another venue is required by law.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
