This Privacy Policy explains how colee.one, including www.colee.one and any related colee.one subdomains used for merchandise sales (the “Site”), operated by Layne Beaton and Brady Colee under the colee.one brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit the Site, place an order, contact us, or interact with our services. If colee.one later becomes an LLC, registered trade name, DBA, or other formal entity, this page may be updated to reflect the new legal operator.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information.

1.1 Information you provide directly

We may collect information you provide when you place an order, contact us, subscribe to updates, create an account, or interact with the Site, including:

  • Email address.
  • Shipping address.

  • Order information, including products, sizes, designs, colors, quantities, and order notes.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Payment processors may collect and process payment information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to operate the Site, fulfill orders, communicate with you, protect the business, and comply with the law.

3.1 Fulfillment partners

We share order information with third-party fulfillment partners, including Subliminator, so they can produce, pack, and ship your order. This may include your name, shipping address, email address, phone number if provided, ordered items, sizes, variants, and other fulfillment details.

3.2 Payment processors

We share payment-related information with payment processors so they can process your transaction, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and comply with financial rules.

3.3 Website, hosting, analytics, and operational providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Site, including hosting providers, ecommerce tools, analytics providers, email services, customer support tools, security tools, fraud prevention tools, and shipping-related services.

3.4 Marketing and advertising tools

If we use marketing, analytics, pixels, or advertising tools, those tools may collect or receive information about your visit, device, interactions, and purchases to help measure performance, improve the Site, or deliver relevant advertising where allowed by law.

Marketing emails must include accurate sender information, truthful subject lines, a working unsubscribe method, and a valid physical postal address. We do not recommend using a personal home address for public-facing marketing emails if a proper business mailing address, registered P.O. box, or registered commercial mailbox is available. No commercial marketing email should be sent until a valid mailing address is configured in the email footer.

We may still send non-marketing messages related to orders, shipping, support, security, policy updates, or transactions.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Fulfill orders and provide support.
  • Maintain business records.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback, and dispute obligations.
  • Enforce agreements and policies.
  • Improve and secure the Site.

When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely retain it as required or allowed by law.

Because we are based in Colorado and may serve Colorado customers, we aim to respect Colorado consumer privacy rights where applicable. Colorado residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If we use tools that qualify as targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information under applicable privacy laws, we will provide required opt-out methods where legally required.

Where legally required and technically feasible, we will honor recognized browser-based universal opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal.

9. International customers and transfers

Our Site, service providers, payment processors, fulfillment partners, and shipping partners may be located in different countries. By using the Site or placing an order, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries that may have different privacy laws than your location.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar privacy rights, we aim to handle privacy requests in a reasonable and lawful manner and rely on service providers that state they use appropriate safeguards.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact mgmt@colee.oneso we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, social media pages, payment processors, fulfillment partners, or other services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
