Last updated: June 12, 2026

This page explains how photographs, video clips, edits, graphics, product visuals, and other creative materials displayed on www.colee.one may and may not be used.

Portfolio Display

Images and videos shown on Colee.one are displayed for portfolio, editorial, informational, and promotional demonstration of work. Display on this website does not grant permission to download, repost, edit, print, sell, advertise with, license, distribute, or commercially use any image or video without written permission.

Copyright

Unless otherwise stated in writing, photographs, video clips, edits, graphics, layouts, product visuals, and other creative materials remain protected by copyright and are owned or controlled by Colee.one, Brady Colee, Layne Beaton, Careless Castle, licensors, clients, artists, partners, or other rights holders as applicable.

Client Usage

Clients may use delivered final exports only according to the usage rights granted in their quote, agreement, invoice, license, or written communication. If no expanded license is granted, client use is generally limited to organic social media, portfolio, press, and promotional use connected to the booked project.

Restricted Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not use Colee.one images, videos, or creative materials for paid advertising, merchandise, resale, NFTs, AI training datasets, commercial licensing, third-party brand campaigns, product packaging, album artwork, event promotion, sponsorship campaigns, or any use that implies endorsement by a person, artist, brand, venue, festival, or organization.

Reposting

Do not repost, crop, edit, remove watermarks, add filters, alter colors, or modify Colee.one content without permission. When reposting is allowed, credit should be given to Colee.one or the credited photographer unless otherwise agreed.

Recognizable People, Artists, and Events

Some images may include recognizable people, artists, crowds, venues, brands, or events. Commercial use of those images may require additional permissions, releases, credentials, venue approvals, artist approvals, brand approvals, or third-party rights. Colee.one does not guarantee that a displayed portfolio image is available for every commercial use.

Prints and Products

Prints, products, or merchandise using recognizable people, artists, private events, branded environments, or event imagery may be limited by rights, releases, credentials, or third-party approvals. Colee.one may decline print or product requests where rights are unclear.

Third-Party Logos and Names

Any third-party names, logos, venues, festivals, labels, artists, brands, or trademarks shown or referenced belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the site does not necessarily imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or permission for third-party use.
