Start with your date, venue, location, schedule, and the people or moments you need covered. For festivals and concerts, include set times, credential requirements, stage access, and any artist or production restrictions. Tell me where the images or clips will appear so the coverage can fit your social channels, press needs, or campaign.
A live set, a brand activation, an artist portrait session, and a wedding each need a different shot list. We can plan around performance moments, crowd atmosphere, venue details, product images, or portraits. Photography and short-form video clips are separate deliverables, so include both in your brief if you need both. Scope, delivery timing, and usage are agreed for the specific project.

Deliverables and usage
Edited image galleries are delivered as final exported files. RAW photo files are not included.
Short-form video clips are lightly edited, color-adjusted vertical or horizontal clips exported for social use. These are separate from full recap edits, long-form edits, or advanced post-production unless specifically included in a quote or agreement. RAW camera files are not included.
Standard service packages include client use of delivered final exports for organic social media, portfolio, press, and promotional use connected to the booked project. Paid advertising, merchandise, resale, commercial licensing, third-party brand campaigns, or expanded usage may require a separate written license.
